For purchases made through this website, we accept credit cards and e-checks through our service provider, Paypal.Com. For purchase made locally in Jackson, Tennessee, we will accept cash payments.
Purchases are shipped within 48 business hours of payment. (E-check purchases will be shipped within 48 business hours of CLEARED payment) We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. We do NOT ship to all foreign countries. Please contact us if you are in a foreign country and would like to know about shipping to your country before ordering.
Shipping is included in all item pricing. The price you see on the website is the total price you will pay for your new jewelry - no extra fees are added on. However, if you desire a special shipping situation such as overnight mail, extra fees will apply to cover the added cost of the chosen shipping method.
Layaway: We offer a layaway option on all jewelry. Our terms are 1/3 down upon layaway arrangement (this is non-refundable...see below), 1/3 due in 30 days, and the balance due in the next 30 days (giving you a total of 60 days to pay for your purchases). We will invoice you via Paypal for your second and third payments. Customers who don't pay the second and/or third payments will forfeit the first payment of 1/3 down. Jewelry is sent within 48 business hours of receipt of the final payment.
Returns: If you feel a need to return a jewel, we will accept a return under certain conditions. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your intention to return a jewel. Any notification which comes in beyond 48 hours of item receipt will be considered non-returnable. You must ship the jewel back in the same condition in which it was sent. You bear the cost of shipping the jewelry back to us. We must receive the item back within 7 days from the day you notify us of your intent to return the item.
Providing the item returned is in fact the exact jewel we sold to you, and it is in the exact same condition as which we sent it, a refund (minus our original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee) will be issued to you promptly. If you choose to exchange the jewelry for something else on our website, the 10% restocking fee will not apply.
Discounted or "on sale" jewelry is sold AS IS and is not eligible for returns. All sales are final on discounted and sale items.
We take elaborate care to make sure your jewelry is packed well and arrives safely. Should your jewelry arrive damaged, please keep all packaging materials, and contact us immediately so we can advise you on how to make a claim with the post office for damages.
